Hey, Salt Lake! Thousands of Utahns gathered at Salt Lake City Hall on Friday in solidarity with a national shutdown protesting President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown and recent deaths in Minneapolis and beyond at the hand of federal agents.

The demonstration was part of a broader statewide effort that included student walkouts, business closures, and rallies in cities across Utah, from Logan to St. George.
