Apartment Incentives for Renters

Record Heat in December

Last Thursday hit 62 degrees, tying Salt Lake City’s record for the hottest Dec. 11. Forecasters say the unusually warm streak could last at least another week. [Salt Lake Tribune 🔒]

Owl vs. Concrete Mixer

A great horned owl fell into a concrete mixer in southern Utah, covering 25% of its body in dry cement. It's now recovering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab and can be released back into the wild in the spring or summer. [KSL]
