City Cast Salt Lake
🍴 Who's ready for MICHELIN stars in Utah?
December 9, 2025
Hey, Salt Lake! It’s day two of our year-end membership campaign, and maybe today’s the day I convince you to become a City Cast Salt Lake Neighbor — because we need your support.
This newsletter exists to help people feel connected to this city, whether you’ve been here your whole life or you’re new to town. As a lifelong Salt Laker, I can personally attest: The more you know about this place, the more you care about it.
It’s people like you who know Salt Lake (flaws and all), celebrate what makes it special, and stay engaged with the issues that shape our daily lives, who make this city truly shine.
For $10/month or $100/year, you can support this newsletter and keep yourself connected. Join this week and we’ll send you a City Cast beanie, to keep you warm this season.

Try Harmons raclette for a no-fuss, cheesy delight that’s perfect with potatoes or bread. It’s like fondue but easier and just as delicious!
