Low Voter Turnout

Only about 10% of Salt Lake County voters have cast ballots so far in the municipal election. Low voter turnout statewide has county clerks urging residents to use ballot drop boxes or vote in person, since ballots must be received, not just postmarked, by 8 p.m. on Nov. 4. [FOX 13]
