Fire at Blatch’s BBQ

Blatch’s, Salt Lake’s beloved vegan BBQ homestead, caught fire Wednesday in the lower Avenues. Chef Blatch suffered second-degree burns, and the fire destroyed almost all their equipment. Blatch’s is closed until further notice to recover and rebuild. [@blatchsbbq on Instagram]

U of U Students Petition Against Schedule Change
