Court Upholds Trans Athletes’ Case
A Utah judge has once again refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by two transgender girls against the state’s ban on trans girls in school sports. Judge Keith Kelly ruled that their constitutional claims remain valid. [FOX 13]
New SLC Building Standards
