SUN Bucks
Applications for Utah’s summer EBT program, SUN Bucks, are now open. Eligible households will receive $120 per school-age child to help families buy food during the summer when schools are closed. Apply by Aug. 31. [Utah Department of Workforce Services]
Cali Donuts in Utah
Southern California’s Sidecar Doughnuts (my favorite spot for doughnuts when visiting Los Angeles) is opening their first Utah location in Sugar House, at the former Spaghetti by the Bucket space. [TikTok]
No Longer 21
Forever 21 has permanently closed all of its Utah stores, including locations in Murray, Orem, and Farmington, following the company’s bankruptcy filing in March. [FOX 13]
