Teen Climate Lawsuit
The Utah Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by seven teens alleging that the state’s fossil fuel reliance violates their constitutional right to life. But the plaintiffs aren’t mad, because unlike a lower court, the supremes dismissed the case “without prejudice,” which leaves the door open for more legal battles. [KUER]
