Small Stadiums, Big Fairpark Plans

A new bill would allow smaller stadiums to be built in Fairpark and the Power District, lowering the minimum seating capacity from 30,000 to 18,000. It would also remove restrictions on leasing Fairpark facilities for non-agricultural purposes and using rental car tax revenue for development, further expanding the Power District’s transformation to a mixed-use hub. Utah Forms Olympic Steering Committee
