Daylight Saving Time Lives On
A Utah bill to end daylight saving time was effectively stopped after a Senate Committee voted to table it, despite earlier approval in the House. Had it passed, Utah would’ve joined Arizona and Hawaii in staying on standard time year-round. [FOX 13]

Pet Planning

Per Noi Trattoria
“I love trying different Italian restaurants and they are affordable. My wife and I pulled our usual, ordered two dishes we both wanted and shared some. I ordered lasagna, which is rare for me, but it was great.”
“I love Per Noi, too! Next time, you have to get the bananas foster. They set it on fire at your table. Dinner and a show.”
KPot
“I went to KPot in Taylorsville for hot pot and Korean BBQ over the weekend. I tried the ‘healthy herbs’ broth for my soup base. It was sooooo good; warming, light, fresh. Add a little chili crisp, and that'll cure all of your ills. But learn from my mistakes, and don't eat it straight out of the pot. They don't call it hot pot for nothing.”
Top Thai
“Top Thai (across from the Trader Joe’s on 400 South) hit the spot this week. They had the largest spring rolls I’ve ever seen and their Top Thai Noody dish was delicious.”
Early Owl
“Been a big fan of Early Owl for breakfast and brunch — fresh, tasty, killer service. Banana french toast is outstanding.”
