There’s a big difference — a good difference — between the polarizing battles that get our blood boiling in the national media, and the much more immediate conversations playing out on our blocks and in our neighborhoods. City Cast Salt Lake exists because we know that local is more important than ever.
So, if you’re looking for a way to invest back into your community, we’d love to have you as a City Cast Salt Lake member. Our work is only possible through your kind support. Hurry to snag one of those last few tote bags!
Don’t forget to include your mailing address at checkout so we can send you lucky 30 your tote. Totes will be mailed out within two weeks of joining.

Anti-Union Bill Sits On Gov. Cox’s Desk
Yesterday, the Utah Legislature passed a bill to end collective bargaining for unionized public employees. Think: firefighters, police, teachers, and most recently, Salt Lake City library workers. In a last-ditch effort, union members are asking Governor Spencer Cox to veto the bill, instead of signing it. [Salt Lake Tribune, Instagram]
