Holiday Light Laws
Local laws regulate when holiday lights can be displayed, and they can vary by city. Park City, for example, allows holiday lights starting Nov. 1 through March 1. Some areas also have restrictions on flashing lights or turning them off by 11 p.m. to comply with dark sky ordinances. [ABC 4]
