Historic Building Catches Fire
The historic Chateau Normandie apartments in Salt Lake City caught fire twice within 24 hours, and investigators are still determining the cause. The unoccupied building is currently undergoing renovations. [FOX 13]
BYU-Utah Rivalry Returns
Similar to Gov. Cox’s “Disagree Better” campaign, the University of Utah and Brigham Young University are encouraging you to “Rival Right” ahead of the big football game on Saturday. This is the first time in 14 years the two universities will play against each other in the same league. [KSL]

New Library Coffee Shops
The Salt Lake City Public Library is set to open two new coffee shops by March 2025: Lucky Ones Coffee at the Marmalade branch and Hugo Coffee Roasters at the Main Library. [Salt Lake Tribune]
