Forest Service Hiring Freeze
Amid budget shortfalls, the U.S. Forest Service has extended a 2025 hiring freeze. Western states like Utah are already feeling the impact of 2,400 fewer seasonal trail and road maintenance jobs and the possibility some Avalanche Centers will have to scale back operations. [Outside Magazine]
Plan B Vending Machine at the U
