Right To Sell Lingerie

After a yearlong legal dispute, Hustler Hollywood won the right to sell lingerie at its West Valley store. The legal battle arose when the city classified the store as a “sexually oriented business” instead of a general retailer. A court-approved settlement was reached, allowing the store to sell lingerie alongside other products. [Salt Lake Tribune]

Beltex Meats To Close
