What's CITY Talking About?
No Wine in Grocery Stores, For Now.
A citizen ballot initiative that would’ve put wine and alcohol in Utah grocery stores, will not move forward. The person who put forth the initiative, Jeff Carter, ran into issues securing funding for the campaign. He also had a hard time convincing alcohol distributors to support the initiative. [FOX 13]

Affordable Housing in Park City
Park City officials broke ground on EngineHouse, a 99-unit affordable apartment complex that will open in Summer 2025. Only 15% of Park City’s workforce lives within the city limits, so 11,000 people are commuting every day. The average home in Park City costs around $3 million. [Salt Lake Tribune]
