What's CITY Talking About?
E-Bike Vouchers
The Utah Clean Air Partnership and Magnum Bikes are offering 1,000 more e-bike vouchers. The last round of vouchers was redeemed by 250 people who received up to $800 off Magnum e-bikes or $1,200 off cargo bikes ($1,000 and $1,400 for income-qualified applicants). Applications are open on a first-come first-served basis. [Salt Lake Tribune]

Sugar House Bans Drive-Thrus
The Salt Lake City Council unanimously voted to ban new drive-thrus in two zoning districts in Sugar House. I’m not pointing any fingers, but could the Chick-fil-A on 2100 S. be to blame? Existing drive-thrus can still operate under the new ordinance. [Building Salt Lake]

What’s Next With Ballpark NEXT
Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall announced the next step in the Ballpark NEXT project, which is the Community Visioning Process. This includes a survey and mapping tool so you can see the areas of redevelopment. Send in your ideas, suggestions, and comments by Sept. 30. On the City Cast Salt Lake podcast, host Ali Vallarta and lead producer Emily Means talked about the Ballpark NEXT design contest and what will become of the proposals. [City Cast Salt Lake 🎧]
