Hey, Salt Lakers! What’s the best thing you’ve eaten in Salt Lake recently? For me, it was a kouign amann ice cream sandwich from Tomodachi Bake Shoppe (with Normal Ice Cream). I’m drooling just thinking about it.

Utah Pride Center
Despite financial struggles, the Utah Pride Center is not closing, according to an updated statement. ICYMI, their last statement said they would be closed the month of September. The LGBTQ+ organization now says they will be pausing programming temporarily and will keep the public updated on revised strategic planning in the coming weeks. [Instagram]
