🥐 Paris Baguette
This South Korean bakery chain just opened in Midvale. It’s a cafeteria/self-serve style bakery with a wide selection of pastries, breads, and sandwiches.
🥨 Knotz Stuffed Pretzels
The only thing better than a soft pretzel is probably a stuffed pretzel. Head to Holladay and stop by Knotz Stuffed Pretzels for sweet and savory options.

🍽️ Roux
If you’re looking for a nice restaurant to treat yourself, Roux is the place. This neighborhood eatery, converted from a home, opened earlier this year. They offer elevated spins on classic dishes, like funeral potato pave and honey nut risotto.
🌽 House of Corn
On 200 S. where Even Stevens used to be now lies House of Corn. Try their tacos; they make their tortillas in-house.

🥘 Kafe Mamai
Categorize this one in “new to me,” but I didn’t know that Kafe Mamai opened a brick-and-mortar store near the Gallivan Center. I’ve been a fan of their African-and-Caribbean cuisine since they started their food truck in 2019.
